Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver robust, cloud-deployable software solutions. In this role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade applications, mentor team members, and ensure engineering best practices across development, deployment, and operations. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications.
• Bring strong engineering discipline to software design and problem-solving.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems with a focus on end-user experience.
• Collaborate with peers and junior developers to deliver quality technology solutions using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Write efficient, testable code with comprehensive unit tests and maintain proper documentation.
• Design and deploy cloud-ready microservices and reusable platform components.
• Build and optimize multi-data center, event-driven systems backed by Kafka.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and other automation tools.
• Create and manage Docker containers and ensure seamless deployment across multiple environments.
• Migrate legacy applications (e.g., WCF to Web API, Windows Jobs to App Services).
• Enhance .NET Framework applications and SQL Server stored procedures for better scalability and performance.
• Apply Active Directory security integration and modern DevOps practices.
• Document architecture, workflows, and system components thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and align development with project goals.
• Guide and mentor team members to uphold code quality, design standards, and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience can be considered for entry-level leadership under mentorship, though prior hands-on experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in building and deploying microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Understanding of Kafka, Active Directory, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Excellent command of Git fundamentals, Agile methodologies, and version control best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with code migration projects, cloud automation, and microservice orchestration.
• Familiarity with security implementations, automated testing, and DevOps tools.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
